1. Submission first, common sense second
Submission refers to finishing tasks required by superiors or company based on the right punctuality, quantity and high quality without any force majeure. 2. Resolution first, success& failure second
Resolution is confidence and courage needed when we overcome difficulties, which means we need to be confident and brave without any hesitation when we face difficulties. 4. Results first, reasons second
We define “finishing requirements of superiors on time” as what we call “results”. Employees need to seriously try their best to finish the goals, for instance, get over all difficulties and stress as long as they can achieve success, during which they can strengthen both their own abilities and the team cooperation. Our working direction is to focus on the result and then achieve the goal. Only putting more solutions or strategies dealing with problems instead of complaining on the reasons or excuses can guarantee high efficiency of work.
